Now Open to New Members!

Interested in promoting, protecting, and enjoying the shooting sports? Want to build a new range on the lower Shore, help young people learn safe firearms use, and preserve your Second Amendment rights?

Join us. We're NRA affiliated, but do not require you to be an NRA member to join. We're also registered in the Civilian Marksmanship Program -- a Congressionally chartered public corporation -- so our members can buy surplus US military firearms, ammunition, and competition equipment at low prices.  See the CMP website for more information on these programs.

Our 4-H affiliated Youth Shoot Committee runs an active air rifle and .22 rifle program introducing local boys and girls to safe target shooting.  Please contact George Foster at (757) 442-7287 if you know of a young person who might be interested!

Some of our members participate in NRA/CMP High Power Rifle competition; the National Match internet forum is a good site for more info on this sport.  Also see the High Power section at www.noaawiva.com.

t's time to stop moaning about how we don't have a place to shoot, and start building one. We're planning a permanent range on Virginia's Eastern Shore, and welcome offers as to acreage in the area that might be suitable and available.

We need you - both your contributions and your participation!  If you live on the Shore, you need us as well.  Let's get together!

Our meetings are the first Thursday of each month, held at the Exmore Fire Station, 3356 Main Street, Exmore .  Meetings convene promptly at 7 P.M.  Newcomers are welcome!

Our classes of membership are:
